The iconic design of Vassanty Manet evokes the gardens built by the Mughals in India and symbolises the resurrection and regrowth of life that the fountains and water-chutes of those gardens represented. It is a light shawl, in screen printed fine wool with drawings of flowers to imitate the block print technique.
